Transistors Handbook - Your Transistor Guide.

This app will guide you to know, choose, select and design your next board masterpiece using that transistor you weren’t remembering.

With this app you can update the transistor informations and share it with other app users.

What is a transistor? (from Wikipedia):
“A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify and switch electronic signals and power. It is composed of a semiconductor material with at least three terminals for connection to an external circuit. A voltage or current applied to one pair of the transistors terminals changes the current flowing through another pair of terminals. Because the controlled (output) power can be much more than the controlling (input) power, a transistor can amplify a signal. Today, some transistors are packaged individually, but many more are found embedded in integrated circuits.”

The transistor is the fundamental building block of modern electronic devices, and is ubiquitous in modern electronic systems. Following its release in the early 1950s the transistor revolutionized the field of electronics, and paved the way for smaller and cheaper radios, calculators, and computers, among other things.”

With Transistors Handbook you will se the design, the kind and all the aspects of more than 51.000 transistors, the application will provide the following info:
- Kind
- Graphical Schema
- Code
- Type
- Material
- Power
- VCB
- VCE
- VEB
- LC
- FT
- HFE
- Note of the Transistor

Latest reviews of Transistors Handbook app for iPhone and iPad

Still some work to do !
There is plenty of potentiality in this small application, but some effort is needed to make it really useful. Examples : -Equivalent transistors are listed, but you cannot click on them to get their characteristics. This would add significant value to the app. - You can search for a transistor by characteristics, but it would be more useful if there were an option such that the search table becomes loaded with the characteristics of a given transistor. You should be able to search for transistors in the vicinity of these characteristics (10 % or 20 % for example ) - The app should be adapted to the iPad. I will update my review after an update of the app
Transistor
Nice app Is it possible to save your favourite transistor searches ?
Good!
Very helpfull for hobby or pro aplication. But the BC337 transistor is a NPN not PNP.
Junk Full of advertisement
Used to be a good app its full of junk advertisement now
Very handy app!
Works very well, found all xisters I searched for, including some very obscure ones. Great for repairs and new projects. Also HAS outlines and basing diagrams!
